The Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver is a Medicaid program that funds extra supports for children with disabilities through county health and human services agencies. Birth to 3 contacts live in a DHS search tool that can't be reprinted reliably, so each county links to the official directory instead — with two exceptions, Milwaukee and Waukesha, whose referral lines we verified on the counties' own websites. Where DHS lists a separate number for new applicants, that's the number shown. Staff and numbers change; the county will point you to the right desk.
